As a Geek Squad Agent I set up new Pc's.Diagnosed and Repaired Pc's and Mac's.Preformed Troubleshooting with an array of electronics ranging from cell phones to vacuums.Gained Experience with fulfilling customers unique needs end to end.In 2009 I was voted Best Buy employee MVP.

Colwell Computer Technician September 2010 – May 2011

Small Private Business

My daily tasks consisted of computer repair and sales.Computer repairs included Virus Removal. Software repair and setup. Hardware replacement of any failing or damaged part in PC & Mac.Custom building Desktop PC's.Recertifying PC's & Macs for resale.In home new computer setup and repair.During my time at Colwell Computer I learned about the inner workings of a small business and the tactics of growing a business.

A Contractor for General Electric's IT. Including computer distribution and maintenance.At GE my daily tasks include working a Desk-side queue to resolve Users computer related issues. These issues include Both PC's and Mac's hardware and software, Windows server hardware, and large network printers.Implementing different repair and maintenance tactics including remote repairs and upgrades.Setting up new Pc and Mac for User including remote data transfers and windows network domain set-up.Working for GE I have been introduced to large scale computer network infrastructure.
