David Martin Miami

David Martin of Miami is the chief executive officer of Terra, a Florida-based real estate development firm. Martin, as CEO of Terra, has amassed a portfolio of residential and commercial properties comprising more than five million square feet and valued at more than $8 billion.

David Martin and Terra are involved in all types of real estate investments, including single-family homes, luxury condominiums, and multi-family apartments; hotels; office and retail space; and industrial properties. Martin oversees a variety of business operations, including design, development, marketing, financing, construction, leasing, and sales.
