David McCutcheon

David McCutcheon brings over 25 years of experience in account management, sales performance, planning, and team leadership to his position as America's Channel Sales Manager for Silicon Graphics International Corporation (SGI). Maintaining partner contacts throughout North America, he directs the company's sales and marketing efforts, contributes to strategic planning, and implements new initiatives in business and technology.

Prior to joining SGI in 2010, David McCutcheon worked with D-Link Corporation, serving as the Channel Account Manager and National Account Manager. During his two years with the firm, he assisted in increasing revenues and developing customer relations while heading endeavors in product and corporate sales.

In 2007, David McCutcheon worked with Open-E Corporation in a newly established position, Director of North American Channel Sales. While managing the company's sales and technical teams, he also cultivated relations with resellers throughout the United States and Canada, building a solid revenue base. From 2003 until 2007, he served in several different roles at Windham Systems Group, LLC, a computer sales and consulting firm located in Windham, New Hampshire. Throughout this time, he focused his efforts on partnerships with new technology companies, assisting them in establishing and developing plans for channel branding and increasing revenue. His clients included EqualLogic, Eurologic, and Zetera.

Before then, David McCutcheon held positions with several other businesses in the industry, including National Channel Sales Manager for Eurologic Systems, Senior Account Executive for Sun Microsystems, and Account Executive for Data General, which EMC Corporation later acquired.

David McCutcheon graduated from Ithaca College in New York with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
