David McKee MD
A respected neurologist who draws on nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. David McKee serves as President of Northland Neurology & Myology, P.A. Since April 1993, Dr. McKee has diagnosed and treated patients at the clinic and in hospitals. In October 2010, Dr. McKee became Medical Director of Integrity Health Network, a physician-directed network of more than 40 clinics offering general and specialized medical care to patients around the area. Voted as one of the top physicians in the Duluth area by his peers in Duluth Superior Magazine for three years in a row, Dr. David McKee has also been listed among the Best Doctors in America every year since 2007.
Dr. David McKee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Macalester College in May 1983, graduating summa cum laude and first in his class. A member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society, Dr. McKee earned a wide range of academic honors during his tenure at Macalester College. Following his undergraduate education, Dr. David McKee enrolled as a medical student at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in August 1983. He belonged to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, graduating in the top 10% of his class in 1987. After completing his MD, Dr. David McKee studied neurology at Oregon Health & Science University. He subsequently earned the Jeanne Timmins Fellowship to study neuromuscular disease at McGill University's Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital.
Dr. David McKee belongs to a number of professional organizations, including the European Neurological Society, the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the American Academy of Neurology. An active member of his community, Dr. McKee supports HealthShare; the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, Inc.; and St. Michael's Catholic Church. He contributes to Doctors Without Borders, the Christian Foundation for Children and the Aging, and Food For The Poor, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and riding horses.
