David M. Frank

An accomplished real estate businessman and father of two, David M. Frank balances domestic time with his family in the California community of Los Angeles with extensive commercial work out of offices in both the Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas. Within his community, David M. Frank is frequently involved with his children’s scholastic events in addition to his hobbies of skiing and boating. David M. Frank also participates in charity events and frequently donates to both the Toys for Tots program, which helps provide underprivileged children with Christmas presents, and the Nevada-based outreach program No To Abuse, whose resources assists victims of domestic abuse.

In his role as C.E.O. for The Merrill Group of Companies, which he founded in 1985, David M. Frank oversees both major construction proposals as well as numerous administrative details addressing the firm’s work in asset and property management. Prominent construction projects currently on his agenda include a set of towers mixing residential and retail space in downtown Las Vegas, and a large residential unit along Melrose Avenue in Beverly Hills, California.

With a degree in political science as well as one in law, David M. Frank has combined his academic background with more than two decades of experience as a businessman to provide an unusual array of top-down services in the asset management and development arena. Furthermore, David M. Frank holds a commercial real estate broker’s license in both California and Nevada in addition to his contractor’s license. Under his leadership, The Merrill Group of Companies has become one of the largest real estate firms in Los Angeles, and in 2001, it was listed in the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as one of the "Fastest Growing Private Companies." More recently, his company was noted among “Top Commercial Property Developers” in the Business Press.
