David Miniutti

Dave Miniutti is a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in national retail accounts, peripheral land development, and major redevelopments across the United States. He currently manages national accounts and redevelopment initiatives for Brixmor, where he has helped create over $500 million in value through land densification, asset repositioning, and strategic redevelopment. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Thomas Enterprises, Dave oversaw leasing and development for a $5 billion real estate company, leading transactions exceeding $4 billion and more than 35 million square feet of sales, leasing, and development. His expertise spans leasing, brokerage, new development, and redevelopment, with hands-on leadership of multidisciplinary teams from project inception through opening. Dave has completed transactions with nearly all major retail tenants nationwide, from anchors and specialty retail to entertainment and restaurant concepts.
