David Nicola

Since 2008 David Nicola has had a keen interest in computer software security and politics. He is currently attending University of Toledo for Political Science but will soon be transfering to UMUC in fall of 2015 for Cyber Security.

"Even back to when iI was 8 or 9 and could dial-up my dads old laptop I was always surfing the web and finding new things. I loved the idea of web deisgn and thats what started everything. After I took my first basic class on HTML I then continued to learn by creating my own websites by the age of 11 or 12, then by the time i was 13 I had customized and built my first PC. Going further into my teens I started to show more interest in hacking and online security, I started doing research on internet phishing, how it worked and how to avoid it. Also hacking and shutting down websites through DDOS attacks and basic hacking methods for compromising cpanel accounts. Which lead to more research on writing scripts for USBs to aquire computer information and log it for the attacker. Currently working on some web design projects and continuing my research in online hacking through controlling bot nets and other hacking sources."
