David M. Oddo is a distinguished New York City trial attorney who has represented clients in numerous high profile civil and criminal cases throughout New York State. Mr. Oddo additionally serves as a lecturer to the profession on subjects including trial practice, medical malpractice, evidence, the economist's role in trial preparation and presentation, as well as the role and function of the U.S. Civil Justice System. Mr. Oddo is a former state prosecutor, having served in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office from 1989-1993.
