David Ogbolumani graduated from Concord Law School in Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor degree and immediately passed the California bar exam. David is qualified to represent clients in both state and federal courts as a current member of the California State Bar.

David has worked with conglomerates such as GE, SunGard Data Systems, Philips Electronics, Northern Trust Bank, JP Morgan, BP-Amoco, Abbott Laboratories, the World Bank, Aon Corp, and CNA Insurance. His expertise includes network security, information technology operations, system auditing, and project management.

David Ogbolumani established an IT Security office as a separate entity while employed as the corporation's Global IT Security and Chief Information Security Officer. His practice expanded to 37 countries across five continents. David was instrumental in bringing management and IT workers together to achieve a common understanding of IT's role in operations. He developed and implemented a multi-year IT security plan that favorably impacted an organizational culture previously resistant to technology changes.

Before becoming a law expert, David worked in cybersecurity worldwide. He has held and risen through prestigious career positions as a Senior Network Analyst, IT Audit Manager, IT Security Practice Manager, and Qualified Security Assessor to reach his current level of expertise and work.

David’s expertise base comes from a thorough base education, with a master’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Information Technology and Management. He proves effectively how a robust educational base can be converted into a strong career.
