As office president and leader of the property practice group with CRC Insurance Services, David Pagoumian markets and negotiates insurance coverage for clients nationwide. He upholds responsibility for maintaining strong working relationships with underwriters, brokers, and other professionals, as well as with industry associations and the organizers of professional conferences. At the same time, David Pagoumian works to create and manage new property insurance offerings to advance the company's financial interests.

David Pagoumian joined CRC Insurance following its acquisition by NAPCO LLC, which he had led for seven years as chief executive officer. He came to this role having served NAPCO as president and COO, and previously as senior vice president. In both positions, he worked to support high customer service standards and strove to facilitate growth.

David Pagoumian began his career as assistant vice president of Tri-City Brokerage, serving the company while also completing his bachelor of arts in business administration at the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University. He remains dedicated to growth, both personally and professionally, and believes strongly that learning from one's experiences helps to develop character.
