David Pomerantz builds on more than 25 years of hospitality and senior living leadership experience in metropolitan New York inclusive of White Plains and Scarsdale. He began his career as the Assistant General Manager of the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel, where he increased other income by $60,000 and reduced expenses by $75,000 while improving overall levels of service. Mr. Pomerantz then accepted an invitation by Tishman Hotel Corporation to redevelop the rooms division of the St. Moritz on the Park Hotel, where he decreased room allowances to 0.25 percent of room revenue and created a room rate incentive program to increase room revenue generation.

Subsequently, Mr. Pomerantz was promoted to the position of General Manager of the Doral Park Avenue Hotel. There, he reduced vendor contract expenses while creating operating policy and procedure improving customer satisfaction. Mr. Pomerantz then transitioned into the senior living industry as Executive Director with the Atria Senior Living Group. During his tenure he led three of the group's locations, each of which has benefited with increases in census. Mr. Pomerantz also facilitated the successful opening for Solutions and Advisors of a luxury assisted living community in White Plains near Scarsdale,New York.
