Pianist in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Toronto pianist David Potvin holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Toronto, where he studied with Marietta Orlov. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts at the same university. David teaches piano at the Kingsway Conservatory, serves as staff pianist at Islington United Church, and performs as a solo and collaborative pianist. Recent activities include an invitation to perform a lecture recital at Acadia University, a scholarly presentation at U of T's graduate student conference, and first prize at the University of Toronto's D.M.A. recital competition.
