Iʼve spent the last ten years developing and driving executive sponsored initiatives within Leith, a multi-billion dollar automotive retail group. My accomplishments derive from leading and managing the team responsible for delivering ongoing technical and change management support to Leithʼs thirteen campuses, while also interfacing with the core leadership team in researching, recommending, and executing on broader business initiatives. This multi-functional role has required the in-depth application of strategic frameworks, technical financial modeling, competitive position analysis, and industry research synthesis.
