David Scholl is the founder, president, and a financial advisor at Solutions Investment Group based in Grand Rapids, MI. Since studying finance at Western Michigan University, David Scholl has worked in the financial industry at various brokerage firms and credit unions. Since establishing Solutions Investment Group, he specializes in income and retirement planning and social security analysis with a focus on helping clients feel secure in retirement. His professional focus is securing clients’ hard-earned money so they can live a worry free retirement.

Outside of his work as a financial advisor, Mr. Scholl enjoys collecting ancient currencies, such as Roman coins from the time of Jesus, as well as antique stock certificates and historical bond certificates. He is particularly interested in bonds that financed railroads and in stocks from companies founded more than a hundred years ago, appreciating that these companies have stood the test of time. He is also in the process of creating a charity focused on children’s literacy and math skills.
