As President of DSPM Consultants Inc., he leads day-to-day operations with a focus on creating uplifting and inspiring places. David’s multidisciplinary background and in-depth understanding of multifaceted engineering and architectural systems allow him to contribute meaningfully to every phase of a project, from preconstruction and design development to execution and commissioning.

David’s career is marked by his ability to cultivate long-term relationships and effectively coordinate diverse teams, including design consultants and specialty trades, ensuring that projects meet rigorous requirements, budgets, and schedules. His extensive experience in leading large, complex architectural projects has honed his capacity to deliver innovative solutions that enhance community spaces.

David held various key positions, including Director of Construction and Development for boutique development firms, and Construction Project Manager for large general contracting firms. He also gained valuable experience at GKC Architects, a leading architectural firm in Montreal.

David’s academic background in Urban Planning at the Université de Montréal, Environmental Design at the Université du Québec à Montréal, and Architecture at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) Syllabus has further solidified his reputation as a well-rounded and trusted professional.
