David Simone is best known as a telecommunications expert, technology enthusiast and a passionate promoter of customer education.

David started his first role in Telecommunications at the age of 17, where he actively progressed through tier 1 carrier organisations, learning, developing and supporting business customers in the various roles of help desk & customer service representative to field technician, field engineer, noc operator, network engineer and project manager responsible for the design, construction, support and management of tier 1 carrier networks.

This experience and his formal education has enabled David to understand the complete end to end journey of a customer and the technology and people that support and service customers.

David believes in helping business, telecommunications doesn't need to be hard and complex! Davids experience truely shows his understanding of how the world communicates through the different data centers, fibre cables, network components and the people that support these networks.

On a personal note in 2014 David married his long term partner Joanne and they welcomed the birth of their first child Evie in 2016, followed by Elise in 2019.
