David Simonini is an accomplished professional in architecture and land development. A seasoned business professional with more than two decades of experience in launching and managing startups, Simonini maintains a unique array of expertise. Initially finding his footing at the University of South Carolina, he always gravitated towards innovation. After completing his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business and Marketing, Simonini quickly discovered his true calling in life: architecture design. Over the course of his career, he has made a name for himself as a design pioneer.
