My career has always been shaped by a mix of business, real estate, finance, and community involvement. I started out in accounting, working in auditing and tax, which gave me a strong foundation in how organizations operate and how important it is to understand the numbers behind every decision.

From there, I moved deeper into real estate and spent 25 years with Berkowitz Development Group. During that time, I served in leadership roles including CFO, COO, and CEO. That experience gave me the chance to work across finance, operations, leasing, development, and construction. It also taught me that good leadership is often about seeing the full picture, asking the right questions, and staying focused on practical solutions.

Today, I run Singer Real Estate Consulting. My work includes leasing, construction management, property management, and general real estate consulting. I enjoy working through complex projects and helping clients make informed decisions based on both the financial and operational sides of real estate.

Public service has also been an important part of my life. As a councilmember for the Village of Palmetto Bay, I’ve had the opportunity to stay involved in the community and better understand the balance between business, development, local priorities, and long-term planning.

Outside of work, music is a big part of who I am. I sing in a Miami rock and roll band called Almost There. I also enjoy boating, travelling, continuing to learn, and staying connected to South Florida.

I value experience, preparation, and adaptability. Whether I’m working on a real estate project, serving the community, or performing with the band, I try to bring the same energy, focus, and commitment to what I’m doing.
