The world is my oyster, or at least I treated it that way when I was trekking hither and yon. I am an enthusiastic gastronomic adventurer, delighting in unique combinations of flavors found in remote locations...or around the corner at the local grocery store. After many years of government service and traveling the globe, I have settled down to open a restaurant with my very talented business partners. We took over an old restaurant and are currently in the process of remodeling and revamping. It's an exhilarating process, but I'm anxious to open our doors. I am particularly excited about evolving our menu to reflect an American cuisine which incorporates a variety of delicious elements inherited from our many immigrant, and our native, ancestors. Let the taste testing begin!
