Recent clients include: UCL Institute of Health Equity - on commissions from the London Mayor, Public Health England and NHS England; Homeless Link - on behalf of The Department for Communities and Local Government; and SCIE. I have also collaborated with Support In Dementia to deliver training to multidisciplinary teams. I deliver evaluation, training and consultation events for a range of charities including Opening Doors London and The European Reminiscence Network.

I have worked in health and social care for more than 25 years in local government, health services and the voluntary sector in senior roles. I have delivered large scale capital developments and operational change. My roles included Deputy Director of Public Health in Salford and Assistant Director; Health and Wellbeing in Hackney. I have also worked in research agencies - I was Fellow in Health Policy at the King's Fund - and in several universities. Whilst I worked for the health service watchdog, The Healthcare Commission, I was seconded to La Haute Autorité de Sante in Paris. I have also worked in Lima, Peru and Chisinau, Moldova.

I am an experienced trainer of social and health care staff. I have designed and delivered leadership development programmes for senior managers. And I have taught in Universities.

I have spoken at conferences and led seminars across the UK and in France, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, USA and Australia.
