A New Jersey-based financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience, David Stone is a managing director/investments at Stifel, a member of Stifel’s Chairman’s Council, and a senior member of The CR Wealth Management Group. This nine-member team within Stifel provides comprehensive financial advisory services, including retirement and estate planning, professional money management, and insurance and liability planning. David Stone leads the team alongside Chuck Roberts, managing director/investments at Stifel.

David Stone's clients include ultra-affluent individuals, families, business owners, foundations, endowments, pension plans, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. He provides comprehensive strategic planning, along with a steadfast commitment to objectivity and personal service, in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Stone was a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He has also held senior roles with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Citigroup Global Markets. He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Complementing his experience, he holds a master of business administration and bachelor of science in economics from Clemson University. Mr. Stone holds the Series 7, 31, and 66 licenses and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
