David Trandel

An accomplished real estate developer in Chicago, David Trandel possesses more than 27 years of experience in securities, capital markets, and investment banking. He serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of Springbank Capital Advisors, a Chicago-based real estate firm that handles ground-up development and redevelopment for a multitude of notable projects. Springbank Capital acquires real estate for proposed projects and offers property and construction management, in addition to providing real estate investment and brokerage services. David Trandel's current focus with the firm involves overseeing development for transit-oriented development projects.

Mr. Trandel studied at the University of Iowa, where he majored in finance with an emphasis in economics and obtained a bachelor of business administration. He later attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and graduated from its Executive Education program. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling in his spare time.
