David Uhlenbrock

With over 13 years of experience in management consulting and telecommunications, startups and academia, I am a Partner at Kearney, where I lead complex and high-impact transformation projects. Previously, I was the Head of Operations at CARS24, where I built and launched the Thailand operations from scratch. Before that, I held senior leadership roles at dtac, one of the largest mobile operators in Thailand, where I was responsible for strategy, transformation, and business development. I have a Master's degree in Business Management from Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
