Proud father of two of the smartest, most beautiful girls I've ever met (I know I'm opinionated, but a WHOLE bunch of other people tell me these things, too); happily married to a woman who has loved me when I didn't deserve it; retired from Verizon after about 30 years (started when I was 5...or 6...or so). Ready to change me for the better. Decided to rebuild my body & do 'something amazing' with the rest of my life!
