David Ware

Driven by a unique ability to apply simplicity to a complicated world, I have dedicated the past 25 years to helping young people realize their full potential. As an educator and owner of N-GENioUS Learning (a private learning center and middle school academy), I helped bridge the gap between our current education system and real world, applied learning. While responsible for program design, quality control, and school outreach programs, I created an environment that challenged, inspired, and promoted 21st century skills.

Currently, I work @ PowerSchool, with a focus on providing unifying solutions that connect the education ecosystem and improve student outcomes. While I am afforded the opportunity to combine my passion for education and innovative technology; I embrace the challenge and enjoy assisting schools and students alike in their efforts to prepare for the future.

In my spare time, I take advantage of the ideal weather Southern California has to offer as enjoy the outdoors and cherish the amazing family and friends that I have.
