David Foster

Born June 9 in Yuba City CA to Charles William and Elizabeth Grace Foster. Attended Cedar Lanes Elementary, Alicia Intermediate and Marysville High before moving to Sparks NV and attending William C Reed High School graduating in 1976. Entered the US Army in 1976 as a 12B Cbt Engr. Served in Bad Kissingen Germany with B Co 10th Engr Bn 3rd Inf Div.
