My name is David Zayas, and I've been in the tech industry since '95. Started as a hard-core C/C++ programmer in the retail industry, moved on to Web technologies for several years, slinging code written in Java, Ruby, Php, Scala, you name it, I used it. Also focused a lot of my time designing and building large enterprise system architecture (otherwise known as the art of drawing beautiful system diagrams with nothing but boxes).
Since '01, I've been involved in one way or another in mobile development, systems integration, platform development and evaluations. Today I specialize in mobile development and IoT (that's Internet of Things for the un-initiated) and how best to use them in the B2B retail space. You can say I've been around for a while, and I'm a DevOps and Continuous Delivery advocate, helping my teams reach the next level with the latest tips, tricks and techniques to deliver excellence daily.
In my spare time, I love nothing more than to hang with my family, and the occasional ride in my Harley-Davidson Street Glide.
