Marc Davis is a senior Human Resources and Talent leader based in India, serving global organizations with over 30 years of experience across leadership development, organizational transformation, executive coaching, and strategic talent management. An alumnus of Goldman Sachs, Aegis, and Mastek, he brings extensive expertise in building high-performing organizations and developing exceptional leaders.

He is the Founder and Director of engynX and Calm Waters Consulting. In addition to his corporate leadership, Marc collaborates with the Telangana HCSC on cybersecurity initiatives and safety protocols, and partners with the Government of India in support of its Mission LiFE and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan initiatives.
