As a Yogini, Wellness Advocate, and Wealth Management Banker, I have dedicated my life to pursuing balance, health, and personal growth. My journey with yoga spans 17 years, I’ve been a wellness advocate for 8 years, and a financial services professional for 15 years. Each of these paths has helped shape the woman I am today — committed to wholeness in every area of life.

My passion for natural health was born out of a long and painful personal battle. At just 15 years old, I was diagnosed with disseminated valley fever — a rare and serious infection that visibly manifested on my chin. High school is already a difficult season for many, but carrying a visible health condition made it even more isolating and painful. I was told I would be on medication for the rest of my life.

For nearly a decade, I battled for my health — enduring physical, emotional, and spiritual struggles. It often felt like sickness defined my future. But deep inside, I believed there had to be another way — that God had more for me than a lifetime of managing symptoms.

About 10 years later, I began seeking natural solutions. That journey led me to essential oils — and when I experienced true therapeutic-grade oils through dōTERRA, everything changed. It wasn’t just about oils; it was about reclaiming my health and my life through God’s natural provisions.

Today, I primarily rely on natural supplements and essential oils to support my health. I have been off medication for 7 years and am living in the best health of my life! These tools have helped me eliminate toxins, fuel my body with the nutrients it needs, and balance my emotions — nourishing me from the inside out.

After witnessing such transformation, I made a promise to God, If He helped me heal and stay strong, I would share this gift with others.
