Davis Haines

I’m Davis Haines, a personal injury lawyer in Texas. Born in Houston, Texas, I grew up in North Shore, an industrial suburb on Houston’s east side.

Immediately after graduation, I enlisted in theUnited States Marine Corps. When I returned to Texas I started attending classes at Houston Community College. I eventually earned an academic scholarship, which allowed me to complete my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of St. Thomas. I earned my law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law by the State of Texas.

I began Haines Law, P.C.to fight for the rights of the people who have been injured due to the negligence of another person. My practice areas mainly include premise liability injuries, toxic exposure injuries, daycare abuse injuries, dangerous/defective product injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful termination, car accidents, and commercial vehicle accidents.
