My Name is Mark Davis and I am a fully qualified chef working out of a professional kitchen in Liverpool, England.

I do hot and cold buffets, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes, carrot cake, banana cake, rocky road, brownies, blondies, millionaire shortbread, lemon drissle cake, you name the cake and I can make it!.

My previous experience includes working in top hotels across the country such as St Andrews and The Belfry as well as some of our very own top restaurants here in Liverpool. The Pan American Club and Blue Bar to name just two. I currently supply some restaurants, bistros and cafes across the city with cakes.
