Dr. Timothy Davis is a psychologist-psychoanalyst and child and family psychotherapist. In his practice he specializes in working with elementary aged schoolboys with behavior problems that challenge the patience of parents, teachers, siblings and peers. Dr. Davis is an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Harvard Medical School and he is the author of scientific articles and book chapters on psychology, psychoanalysis and male development. After receiving his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Davis completed his clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Hospital. He was also awarded a Clinical Research Training Program fellowship at Harvard Medical School and was a fellow of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
