I am Ja M. Black, a Tasting Room Manager. I am responsible for all Tasting Room operations, including development, implementation and management of Sales and Marketing initiatives, as well as activities directly related to Consumer Sales & Marketing profitability. I also manage the department staff and guest experiences to ensure exceptional customer service at all times; train, mentor and motivate staff to successfully facilitate a seamless and helpful sales experience into every customer interaction which will increase club memberships, build customer and brand loyalty.
