I am a versatile, highly motivated, and results-driven professional with more than 14 years of multidisciplinary experience in liaison management, project and program management, ICT administration, technical instruction, translation, training, stakeholder engagement, organizational coordination, and community development. I currently serve as a Liaison Manager, ICT Manager, and Translator at Interlakes International School, where I work closely with government institutions, NGOs, regulatory bodies, clients, and other external stakeholders; support senior management; coordinate work and residence permit processes for expatriate staff; manage organizational communication and partnerships; resolve challenges; coordinate projects and events; and provide ICT and multilingual communication support. I have strong practical experience in English–Amharic–Afaan Oromoo translation, report and letter preparation, computer and network administration, Wi-Fi installation, troubleshooting, ICT laboratory management, training, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relations. Previously, as an Industry Trainer at Bishoftu Polytechnic College, I delivered technical, entrepreneurship, KAIZEN, workplace communication, and skills-development training to industry workers, SME operators, displaced people, and university graduates, and contributed to the successful graduation of more than 30,000 trainees. I have also designed and implemented community development projects, secured funding from KOICA through project proposal development, and coordinated awareness campaigns, workshops, outreach activities, and stakeholder partnerships.

Academically, I have built a broad and multidisciplinary educational background. I hold a Master of Arts in Project Management from Rift Valley University with a 3.88 GPA, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Dan Bible College with a 3.56 GPA, and a Master of Arts in Christian Mission and Global Ministry from Logos International Theological Mission College with a 3.87 GPA. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Oromia State University with a 3.55 GPA. In addition, I have pursued theological education through a Bachelor of Theology in Systematic Theology at Mekane Yesus Seminary and a Bachelor of Theology in Biblical Studies through Global Baptist Bible College in the United States, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Studies through WVBS-Maxwell, Texas.

My academic and professional preparation also includes an Advanced Diploma/Level V in Information Technology Service Management from Bishoftu Polytechnic College, with coursework in Computer Hardware and Networking and four National Competency Assessment certificates; an Advanced Diploma/Level V in Construction Management from Nekemte Polytechnic College; an L-IV/Diploma in Food Production Supervision; TVET Level III in Database Administration; TVET Level II in Basic Account Works and Clerical Works, certified through National Competency Assessments; and Level I in Automotive Engine and Electrical Servicing. I have further completed professional training in adult teaching and learning, including experiential learning methodology, training planning and facilitation, participatory training techniques, mentoring and coaching, KAIZEN, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and project-based learning.

This combination of advanced academic qualifications, theological education, technical credentials, management experience, ICT knowledge, training expertise, and extensive practical field experience gives me a uniquely broad professional profile. I am able to operate comfortably across management, administration, government and stakeholder relations, project implementation, ICT, training, communication, community engagement, and multicultural environments.
