Dawn Mieras embarked on her real estate career with the passion and conviction of a seasoned entrepreneur. A business owner most of her life, a lover of people and real estate she enthusiastically found the perfect fit within the real estate industry. Her career started in Human Resources as a contract recruiter for a company out of Boston. The job was 100% commission, quickly teaching Dawn that with attention to detail, dogged follow through and a strong work ethic, success was assured. She would later buy, grow and sell, for a profit, a company having to do with her hearts second passion, breeding and showing Bearded Collies. It is now with this same passion and conviction, that she runs her real estate business.

Committed to growth and continual education, Dawn is a real estate agent and advocate for her clients. She guides them through the entire transaction helping them to understand every step of the buying and selling process. She considers herself a problem solver and prides herself on always making sure her bases are covered. When asked what she loves the most about real estate she answers, “ I love to find out exactly what my clients needs are, whether its buying or selling and then being able to deliver the perfect end result.” Recognized for Leadership in Business throughout her career she is currently serving on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams.

You will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated agent in the business. She also believes in giving back to her community and is involved with Kids Food Basket, The Renucci House, St. Jude’s Research Hospitals, Easter Seals and enjoys volunteering at her son’s school and sporting events

Dawn was born and raised in West Michigan and is an alumni of Western Michigan University. Her first job with the Walt Disney World Company took her to Orlando Fl. After a few more stops she would find her way back home to West Michigan to raise her son. Dawn
breeds and shows dogs on the local and national level. Whether Dawn is working with clients, showing dogs, volunteering or spending time with her family, you can be sure she is giving it 110%.
