I am Dawna!! I am an Oregonian, Mother, Business Owner and cat AND dog lover. I prefer rivers over ocean and limeade over lemonade and fishing over hunting and a hotel over a tent.

I recently created this page with the idea that I would be outgoing!

I have been going through the process of setting up and establishing my own business! Its getting there! It'll be in real estate marketing, supporting realtors and home owners (both selling and buying) by taking my time to perform a highly insightful photo-shoots that dive into the character of the possible new home. I will also have a drone package offered which will offer a walking video tour option which will be a hit -Ive done my homework.

Next, and eventually, after the photography is steady I will add the services of staging the homes to the restores we work with will also be offered, but right now I am focusing on the photography side of things and the test I'll be taking to acquire my drone licenses.

So here is a little about Dawna Niemeyer!

Born, 1982, class of 2000!

An Oregonian, lives and breathes the PNW life style.

Named after Grandmother Donna. Growing up nick-named "Dawn-erz" from large and loud and Irish family who will put an “ERZ” at the end of anyone's name if they aprove of you and sometimes an action such as “gimp-erz” “muncherz” "grumperz".

It was the 80s for this childhood! -and some 90s obviously. Perms and LA Gear, Micheal was changing the game and things like computers were new.

Oldest of 3 girls, have 22 cousins.

Born in Eugene, grew up on a huge mint farm right outside of Eugene, Oregon. I spent a lot of time in vineyards and still do. Now, I live just outside of Portland, Oregon in Beaverton and have for nearly 15 years.

I am a mom first, in this life lived over here, my daughter is 16 and a rock star, no joke. My daughter holds a 4.0 GPA and she is gorgeous, named Avery Dee and she is 15 going on 35.

Favorite hobby, sewing. A few times it has gone beyond hobby and provided income. Photography, and its next on earning income.

As I open up for business, I also have a day job, working for a mortgage company in a position that allows me to work from home.

I am also on fiverr, where I offer Spokeswoman Videos.
