Fresh, seasonal, pure, simple, delicious. That is my mantra. My focus is using organic, local and seasonal ingredients with international flare. I went from traveling the world as an athlete to reflecting the world in food. Thinking back on that period in my life, I have to say I found my true passion for cuisine during my travels. I knew I always loved to cook but didn't realize how much until I couldn't compete anymore. I retired from sport in 2008 due to injury and I went straight to culinary school...and graduated with honors might I add.

While in school, I worked for a food service company as both a line cook and catering manager. One year after graduation I decided to pursue more industry education to help hone my creativity. I moved to London for a short time to work under some great chefs. I returned to Houston in 2010, started working on my catering concept and the rest is history.

I now work out of Monica Pope's restaurant T'afia where I produce food for caterings, prepared meal orders and farmers markets. Working so closely with her and her team has been an excellent learning experience for me.
