I am an instructional designer at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) where I elevate eLearning solutions, design DoDEA-wide professional development online courses, and engineer agency-wide training through the expansion of face to face and online courses, webinars, symposiums, and learning management systems. I have an extensive background in education, leadership, educational technology, web development, professional learning, and instructional design. My primary areas of research focus on professional learning, eLearning solutions, personalized adaptive digital content, social media, and learner engagement.
