2001 to present - Co Founder and Managing Director of Katapult, a brand communications agency focused on getting results by using Method & Magic across Branding, Design, Marketing, Digital, Video & Motion Graphics. Worked with brand ranging from Thorntons, QUAD, BBC, Tour of Britain and Format - International Photography Festival.

Founder (2001) and Director of CIN, Creative Industries Network, not for profit organistaion led by & for creative professionals. CIN provides services to help individuals to build the relationships they need to be successful – relationships with other creatives, suppliers, customers and the community. In a sector where many people work alone, or in small organisations, CIN plays a vital role bringing people together, sharing information and skills, and providing support and inspiration.

Owner of Ginger King Campers - after exploring New Zealand from the comfort of a camper, it made me realise how much of UK/Europe we hadn't seen, even though its right on our doorstep. We also wanted to be able to take along our dog, Bradley - who is the Ginger King! So Ginger King Campers was born in 2010 and is available to hire from Derbyshire for adventures across UK/Europe.
