In addition, she has established a unique marketing campaign to touch as many prospective buyers for her listings as possible through the use of social media and the latest in technology. To keep up with the demand for her services, she has recently established a team comprised of a buyer’s agent, transaction coordinator, and business/marketing specialist. Family is very important to Dawn. She has a seven-year-old daughter, Tulsa Shae, and loves to coach her in various sports, and another daughter, two-year-old Destin Swaide, who keeps Dawn on her toes. Dawn is passionate about CrossFit and tries to squeeze in a round of golf whenever time allows.
