Dawn Segal

As a Judge in the Philadelphia Municipal Court since 2010, Dawn Segal hears criminal and civil court cases, and rules on preliminary felony issues as well as misdemeanor criminal matters. She won the judicial election despite lacking the endorsement of the Democratic Party. However, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and Neighborhood Networks all endorsed Dawn Segal for the position. Dawn Segal's earlier career includes work as an attorney in the areas of personal injury and commercial litigation.
