Galas by Gilmore event and catering services our crafts include but are not limited to planning. We are also responsible for bringing any event to life by creating and executing out client's vision or those of others. We wear many hats and have planned for several years, also has had to plan events that may take place over a few days or a few hours. Although the job can be stressful because it sometimes involves dealing with large or small budgets, always high expectations, and constantly changing clients, my job is very rewarding but most of all a blessing to do. We love what we do and we do it so well.
