Dawn Tshituka

I currently work as a recruiter at the Bank of Canada with a focus on university recruitment. I am also passionate about supporting women in business and entrepreneurship.

I first realized that I wanted to work in HR at a student career fair. Fast-forward, and there is nothing I love more than talking with students, building that perfect relationship with a school, and matching the right student to the right position.

Previously, I have worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at the Bank of Canada and an Human Resources Assistant at the Canada Revenue Agency. I received my diploma in business administration at La Cite Collegiale and am working toward my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Ottawa.
