Something that you need to know about me is that hunting is my life. I can still remember the night that I shot my first deer. So i was sitting in my blind on the fence line about 30 yard away from the woods. All of a sudden i heard something in all the dead leafs in the woods and i look over at the corner of the and saw a doe come out of the woods. So my dad told me to get my gun up to shoot. While the gun was up I clicked the safety off as quiet as I could. I was sitting there with my gun up for a while aiming. My dad was quietly yelling at me to shoot it. I was nervous. BOOM!!! The deer jumped very high. As soon as i shot it i saw the whole right away. The deer ran into the woods about 20 yards. I heard it fall. So we went to the truck and waited awhile. All of a sudden my sister shot across the woods and missed a 6 pointer. Then we went to go find the deer . there was blood all over. There was a strong blood trail so the deer was easy to find. When we found the deer we viciously dragged the deer to gut it out. After we gutted it out we went back to my grandmas house to hang it up.
