Dawson Grigsby

I am a soon-to-be graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va majoring in Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science with a Health Sciences concentration.

I am currently employed as a client care specialist by Jill's House, a non-profit organization and overnight respite care facility for children with intellectual, which I previously interned at.

My academic interests are primarily in health disparities resulting from social determinants of health, particularly in type two diabetes, which I became interested in after being diagnosed and living with type one diabetes.
