With over 14 years of dedicated experience in academia, I am an Academic Administrator currently based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in shaping the educational landscape, imparting knowledge, and fostering growth among both undergraduate and postgraduate students of Management.

My journey in academia has been multifaceted, spanning roles as diverse as Vice Principal, Administrative Officer, and IQAC Coordinator, among others. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of educational administration, enabling me to contribute effectively to the holistic development of academic institutions.

In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I have actively participated in the academic governance process, serving as a member in the Board of Studies and Examiner for esteemed State Universities and Autonomous Institutions. This engagement has afforded me invaluable insights into curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and academic quality enhancement strategies.

My scholarly pursuits converge around the domains of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Information Technology. As a passionate researcher, I continually explore innovative avenues within these fields, seeking to advance knowledge and contribute meaningfully to academic discourse.

Notably, I am honored to serve as a co-investigator for a prestigious project focused on Occupational and Employability Skill Up-gradation under the PMKVY initiative, funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research. This role allows me to synergize theoretical insights with practical interventions, addressing critical skill gaps and empowering individuals for sustainable livelihoods.

Furthermore, my commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit and socio-economic empowerment is underscored by the successful execution of three Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, specifically tailored for rural youth and funded by EDII Chennai. These initiatives aim to ignite entrepreneurial aspirations, catalyze grassroots innovation, and drive inclusive economic growth.
