Hello, my name is Dayne Phillips and I am a criminal defense attorney in Columbia, South Carolina. In addition to running my practice, I am also a founding member of the South Carolina Actual Innocence Justice Center and President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Previous to starting my legal career, I graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. Shortly after completing my BA, I earned my JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Since completing my education, I have had the opportunity to serve my clients in a range of criminal law needs including drug offenses, assault charges, and theft. I take great pride in providing legal representation to my clients while walking them through their cases and making sure they are well informed throughout the process.
