Dr Dayo Abinusawa Founded Blended, an EdTech offering comprehensive online resources for GCSE and A-level studies, utilizing expert-designed AI courses. He is also a Director at Awa Business School, a UK higher education institution which he founded to deliver government certified business qualifications - enabling secondary school leavers to progress to university and working professionals to advance their careers. He leads the school’s strategic and operational program delivery including business development and quality assurance.
Dayo has had a career as a senior academic in higher education and an experience design consultant to public sector organisations and a number of multinational firms such as Shell, and Accenture. He received PhD and MBA awards from the University of Cambridge and the University of Glasgow.
As a senior academic, he has lectured on Strategy, Innovation, Enterprise, and Sustainability at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels at the University of Cambridge, and Kings College London. He has also been Deputy Director for the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise at the University of East London.
Dayo has published articles on strategy, business growth, and corporate venture capital investments. He also provided expert commentary featured in Business Leader, The Independent, Fortune Magazine, and elsewhere.
He enjoys golf and running in his spare time.
