I am a Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Dreams Film Studios, where I lead the financing, structuring, and production of high-impact entertainment projects. Throughout my career, I have successfully raised and managed multi-million-dollar funding for film and media productions across international markets, transforming creative concepts into commercially viable realities.

Originally from El Salvador, I immigrated to the United States in 1986 following the civil war in my country. Starting with limited resources, I embraced every opportunity to grow—learning English, completing high school, and later earning a degree in Computer Engineering from Los Angeles City College. This journey shaped my discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset.

In parallel, I built a strong career in real estate, holding licenses in California and Utah, where I worked for 14 years in both commercial and residential markets. During this time, I developed a solid network of financial investors and partners who value my ability to structure deals, manage risk, and deliver profitable outcomes.

Today, my professional focus is firmly centered on the entertainment industry, where I specialize in project financing, executive production, strategic planning, and international collaboration. I am deeply passionate about bridging creativity with business strategy to produce content that resonates globally.

Beyond my professional work, I proudly serve as President of Día del Salvadoreño Houston, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Latino culture, arts, and community empowerment in Houston. My leadership and community service have been recognized with the Lifetime Presidential Award, as well as honors from the United States Congress, the Texas House of Representatives, and the City of Houston.

Together with my husband, Mauricio Marin, I have balanced entrepreneurship, leadership, and family life while raising two wonderful children. Our shared vision is driven by purpose, integrity, and a commitment to creating meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact.
