Greetings, I’m Da-Yuan. I’m a Technical Leader living in Cupertino, California. I am a fan of photography, technology, and programming. I’m also interested in DIY and gaming.
I am inspired to be a #StoryTeller through regular communications at work and through photography off work.
I've been focusing on my career around packet forwarding software, technologies, NPUs and ASICs. I've facilitated ASIC SDK in the development of Cisco Catalyst 3850/3650, 9200, 9300, 9400, and 9500 (Catalyst 9000, the fastest ramping, new product introduction in our history). I've also went through the journey of PXF microcoding for Cisco C10000 ESR.
I've expanded my horizons up and down in the networking system layers as I am inspired to evolve networking systems into the future.
Over the years I've built good amount of connections with people but, I've been helping people more and more in self-development, career planning, stress and time management. I've been executing one rule and one rule only, "pay it forward" and help others any chance you get.
